Return and Refund Policy

Due to the live nature of honey bees and queen bees, all sales are final. Once healthy queens or honey bees have been transferred, picked up, or delivered to their new home, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and biosecurity of our bees and apiary operations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper hive setup, transportation, installation, and ongoing care after pickup or delivery.

We reserve the right to change or adjust delivery and pickup dates due to bee production schedules, weather conditions, queen availability, or unforeseen scheduling issues that may affect the health and quality of the bees.

Refunds will not be issued due to delivery, pickup, or scheduling changes related to bee production or availability.
